we spent 1 night in a double room with good water pressure and enough warm water, as for instance. it had a great street view balcony. the location was beautiful and amazing, a 10-15 minute walking distance from wat ao noi.

This place is absolutely mind-blowing! The room is super spacious and the air con works perfectly. The owner is incredibly nice and keeps to himself, but always provides cold water and snacks. The view of the bay is jaw-dropping and there are some lovely cats roaming around. The location is excellent, right opposite the beach, within walking distance to great restaurants and markets. The staff is friendly and helpful, and there are friendly cats and a dog on the property. The outside terrace area is a great spot to enjoy a drink while watching the sunset. an amazing experience!

The value for money at Grandmabalcony was great, with comfortable rooms and a beautiful balcony view. The location was perfect, right by the sea and the amazing night market. The staff went above and beyond, even giving us a ride to the bus station.

I recently stayed at Grandma's place in Prachuap Khiri Khan for a few nights and it was fantastic. The location is unbeatable, right across from the beach with a stunning sea view from the cozy balcony. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with fresh bed linen and a neat bathroom. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, even providing a free ride to the bus station. The hotel is brand new and I can see it getting even better over time. a great experience.

Our stay at Grandmabalcony was fantastic! The location was superb, right by the waterfront and with a beautiful view. The room was simple, but incredibly clean and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the communal balcony where we could enjoy our own food and relax. The owner was friendly and even let us park our car on the premises. The facilities were great, with a large fridge, complimentary fruit breakfast, and unlimited tea and coffee. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

If you're a light sleeper, you might hear the fishing boats in the morning, but it's a minor issue. Also, the key card disconnected all power to the room when we left, which was a bit inconvenient.
